Ballard Skate Park

• Features:
  • Another concrete park
  • Very much like the one on Bainbrige Island, another big over sized swimming pool like bowl just made for ripping
  • This one has a vertical wall going up about four feet up past the bowl
  • Street course, what there is, is the stairs and rail going down to the sidewalk and a long ledge going round the bowl
  • This park was opened in 2006, replaced a nearly identical park, continuing the Seattle tradition of not adding to, but replacing existing parks with near twins.
  • This is the only park for miles
