Lee and Joe Jamail Skate Park

Features:

• Free/Helmet required
• All concrete park with two big bowls and the Houston Skyline looming in the background
• local told me they spent over a million on this park, and it is huge and totally rad
• lots of vertical and ledges with pool style coping, and a huge cradle
• The park looks like it is similar to Galveston, but the bowls doesn't have all the humps and dips and the street section is tons better, with stairs, rails, ledges, and enough room to get up some speed
• somebody painted the edge of the bowls fire engine red, don't know why
